Refund policy
Note: This is a different return policy than the "30-day money-back guarantee" we offer to customers who don't see results using our products. If you'd like to read about that policy, click here. The return policy on this page is for products that haven't been used or opened.
We have a 30-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@neously.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
