We genuinely believe this works, but we also get that not everything works for everyone.

Guarantee terms

Max 1 per customer/order

We refund a maximum of 1 product per order/customer.

Before & after photos

You must upload before & after photos: the first photo on day 0 (from the delivery date), the second on day 30.

Follow usage instructions

You must have used the products daily as instructed, for a minimum of 30 consecutive days from the delivery date. You then have 14 days after completing the 30-day period to submit your claim.

Steps to claim the guarantee

Document your journey & use the products daily

Take a photo of your face/affected area before you begin. You might be surprised at how much progress you’ve made! Make sure to apply our products every day.

Step 2

Stick to it for 30 days & fill out the form if unhappy

Upload information and before & afters. You must submit your request within the 14 days following the 30-day period—submissions before or after this timeframe won’t be accepted.
